I started Maverick Leadership Group because of a deep passion for helping leaders of any background discover their unique journey. I have decades of executive leadership experience in business, non-profits, higher education, and the military.

My leadership journey is rooted in my faith and strengthened by more than 25 years of service to our country as a naval officer. I led men and women in a variety of combat zones all over the world, later deciding to take the lessons I learned into the business and non-profit worlds, helping others bridge the gap between theoretical and practical leadership principles.

Now I am dedicated to helping other leaders level up their leadership and strengthen the teams they lead. Let’s get started.
