  • Great question. Yes; after a few short meetings with you, our team will customize development training classes just for you and your leadership.

  • Costs vary by program. Coaching sessions can be on an as-needed basis and customized to fit any schedule. We typically recommend at least six sessions. Sessions can range from $300 to $575 per month. Organizational Assessments start with a proposal and range anywhere between $700 and $2,000 per month depending on your needs. Contact us for a more specific estimate for your team.
